A safe space to be who you are.

The WhisperNest is created for children and teens who experience the world differently, including those with autism, ADHD, OCD, and AUDHD.

We focus on kids who may struggle with social, behavioral, or developmental delays, and we provide gentle, practical tools to help their nervous systems find balance. Each session is designed around your child’s unique sensory needs, creating a safe anchor for co-regulation—so they feel supported, understood, and never alone in their process.

Why does my child still seem “stuck” in early patterns?

All babies are born with automatic movements called primitive reflexes. They help with survival in infancy and usually fade as the nervous system matures. For some children—especially those with autism or after trauma—these reflexes don’t fully go away, and that can affect focus, coordination, and emotional regulation.

What many don’t realize is that these reflexes can be gently retrained through somatic practices, helping the body reset and supporting calmer, more balanced growth.

The WhisperNest begins with a gentle daily check-in, then guides your child into a short somatic practice using tools like breath work, sound healing, primitive reflex integration, and follow-along rituals.

Depending on their stage, these practices might look like blowing out birthday candles to practice calming breath, using butterfly hugs to settle overwhelm through bilateral stimulation, or retraining reflexes with simple, gentle movement.

Grounding exercises that connect tongue posture, balance, and body awareness help build steadiness and focus, while environmental scans encourage children to notice how sound, scent, and visual input affect their sense of calm.

Through this blend of playful regulation and active engagement—not just passive watching—children carry therapeutic benefits into everyday life with greater ease.
